3. Eligibility

4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our Website are based on the information you provide at the time of submission. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the services listed in your quote summary. Government fees, notarization, apostille, and other third-party disbursements may be charged separately where applicable and will be communicated prior to payment.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the amount specified in your quote to your selected payment method. All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of formation work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once company formation work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of applications to government authorities, engagement of local agents, or commencement of document preparation. 7. Client Obligations
You agree to provide all required documents (including but not limited to passport copies, proof of address, and other KYC documentation) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required documentation may result in extended formation timelines.
