1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Consultrio L.L.C. FZE, operating under the trade name Sovera Global (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. No Refunds Once Work Has Commenced
All payments for company formation and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have commenced upon any of the following:
- Submission of applications or filings to any government authority or registry
- Engagement of local registered agents, nominees, or service providers
- Commencement of document preparation, review, or certification
- Reservation of company names with any registry
- Initiation of bank account introductions
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you wish to cancel your order before any work has commenced, please contact us immediately at contact@soveraglobal.com. Cancellation requests received before work has begun may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Government and Third-Party Fees
Government registration fees, notarization fees, apostille charges, and other third-party disbursements are non-refundable under all circumstances, as these fees are paid directly to the respective authorities and cannot be recovered.
5. Service Modifications
If you wish to change the jurisdiction, entity type, or scope of services after payment, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Changes may result in additional fees or adjustments to the original quote. Downgrades or reductions in scope after work has commenced do not entitle you to a partial refund.
6. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@soveraglobal.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and respond within 5 business days.
